We got the keys to our home this past Thursday afternoon. Since then, we've sealed the grout, painted the kitchen, the family room, Brianna's room. Alec's room, the dining room, installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, installed a garage door opener, uh . . I know there's more but I can't remember right now. I'm exhausted. I'm at the old house right now cleaning up and trying to take as much as I can to the new house. We don't actually move in until this coming Saturday, but I want to have as many things there as possible. That way on Saturday we really only move heavy furniture. I can't wait until the whole move is over. Both Rodrigo and I are running on very little sleep and lots of caffeine. He lost close to ten pounds this long weekend alone. Me, zero. Anyway, I'll check in soon. Our ISP is getting connected at the new house on Friday, so maybe then. If not, for sure on Monday once everything is done. As for now . . . . back to work.
feeling: beyond tired
listening to: some song from Rage Against the Machine. I don't know the name

wow!! So exciting. The house looks great. Can't wait to see photos when you're settled in. Don't overdo it!
moving sucks, don't it? but decorating the house does not! i just love Southwestern architecture, so cute! when you're all settled, you'll be so glad you did what you're doing now.
Good luck with everything you have left to do. The new house looks really good. Can't wait to see how you will decorate.
Your house is great! I know you are excited.
Congrats! It will all be worth it when most of the hard, yucky work is done.
